phundrak fc12f37e63 [Proto-Ñyqy, En] Working on the structural overview 
The basics of the structural overview of Proto-Ñyqy as well as its
phonetics are now covered.

The alternative phonetics of phonemes, either their dorsal or
non-dorsal counterpart, have been reworked to be more consistent than
the previous version.

Dictionary reset, and some typo fixes.

phundrak fae2d57d18 [Eittlandic] New chapter for consonants, update chapter on writing 
The consonnants chapter is re-written, taking in account the ideas I
got for how Eittlandic could have evolved from Old Norse.

Some new commentary is also made on the eittlandic writing systems.

phundrak b177f07d41 Update setupfile, better handling of LaTeX headers 
All `html_head_extra's are replaced with `html_head's since they have
the same effect.

LaTeX headers are now handled in a separate file for easier handling of
the LaTeX code.
