As a user, I want to be notified of updates to the EULA so that I am aware of any changes to the terms and conditions.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Implement a system to track changes to the EULA
  • Notify users of EULA updates through email or private messages in Discord
  • Provide a summary of the changes made to the EULA
  • Ensure that notifications are sent to all active users
