As an administrator, I want to update the End User License Agreement (EULA) so that I can ensure that the terms and conditions are current and compliant with legal requirements. This feature should allow administrators to edit the EULA, track versions, and notify users of updates.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Implement an interface for administrators to edit and update the EULA.
  • Allow administrators to save new versions of the EULA.
  • Track different versions of the EULA, including timestamps and changes made.
  • Notify users of EULA updates and require them to agree to the new terms.
  • Ensure that the updated EULA is displayed to users and that their consent is recorded.
  • Provide an audit trail of EULA updates and user consent statuses.
