As an administrator, I want to maintain audit logs of all admin actions to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulations. This includes tracking actions such as account deletions, EULA updates, and campaign management.

Acceptance Criteria:

Implement audit logs for tracking all admin actions, including but not limited to:
- User account deletions
- EULA updates
- Campaign deletion and ownership transfers
- Character sheet deletions
Store audit logs securely with details such as:
- Admin ID
- Action performed
- Timestamp
- Affected user or campaign IDs
Ensure that audit logs are accessible for compliance and auditing purposes
Provide a user interface for administrators to view and search audit logs
Implement alerts or notifications for critical admin actions
Ensure that audit logs are retained according to data retention policies
