As a user, I want to receive a reminders during the grace period to agree to the EULA so that i am aware of the pending account deletion.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Send a reminder to users one week before the end of their grace period
  • Send a reminder to users one day before the end of their grace period
  • notify users of the consequences of not agreeing to the EULA within the grace period
