As a game master, I want to transfer ownership of my campaign to another user so that they can take over the management of the campaign if needed.

Acceptance Criteria:

Provide an option to transfer campaign ownership to another user
Ensure that the new owner has all the permissions of a game master from the campaign
Remove game master permissions from the previous owner
Notify both the previous owner and the new owner of the ownership transfer
Update the campaign details to reflect the new owner
