As a user, I want to quit a campaign so that I can leave if I no longer wish to participate.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Provide an option to quit a campaign
  • Remove the user from the campaign’s list of participants
  • Notify the game master that the user has quit the campaign
  • Retain the user’s character sheet but disassociate it from the campaign
