Added 9 comprehensive integration tests covering: - Preflight OPTIONS requests - Actual requests with CORS headers - Max-age header validation - Credentials configuration - Allowed methods configuration - Wildcard origins - Multiple origins - Unauthorized origin rejection All tests pass successfully.
