Omar Polo 900c15ca0b use ${EMACS} instead of `emacs' ...

This makes possible to use a different emacs executable to run the
tests.

	$ make
	# use system' emacs
	...

	$ make EMACS=/path/to/emacs
	# use the provided emacs executable
	...
