Added `helpful' layer, removed commented out require, fixed function
`helpful' is a layer that aims to provide better help buffers, and I prefer it to Emacs’ default help mode. I also removed the commented out `org-tempo' require as I don’t actually need commented out code, especially this one. I also fixed the function `terminal-here-launch' by specifying the name of the external terminal to call.
