[Emacs] Prevent unrequired connections to host Tilo

Having a project located in a remote host in
`projectile-ignored-projects' made Emacs often connect to Tilo for no
apparent reasons. This commit should fix it.

Projectile is an awesome utility which helps managing projects within Emacs.
