use ${EMACS} instead of `emacs'
This makes possible to use a different emacs executable to run the tests. $ make # use system' emacs ... $ make EMACS=/path/to/emacs # use the provided emacs executable ... Signed-off-by: Justin Abrahms <justin@abrah.ms>
