feat: add color module with sRGB to Lab conversion (scalar + SIMD)

  RGB to Lab conversion with scalar remainder tail
- src/palette.rs: NORD_PALETTE constant
- Cargo.toml: add image/ndarray/rayon/wide deps, tuned release profile
