This layer adds support for conlanging.

** Features:
  - Conversion from translittion to other alphabets
  - Open linguistic files

* Install
To use this configuration layer, add it to your =~/.spacemacs=. You will need to
add =conlanging= to the existing =dotspacemacs-configuration-layers= list in this
file.
