[Emacs] Orgmode improvements

Better `org-macro' face to make it more visible.

For some reason, Emacs doesn’t like copying files over the `rsync'
protocol anymore, but the `ssh' protocol is fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Loading org-mode will now also load org-ref by default.
